Gusnova Gelato - Farmington

I absolutely love this place! I visit daily for a smoothie. The owner is very friendly, and the smoothies are both healthy and delicious!

We had a disappointing experience today (4/25/2022) at the ice cream shop in Westfarms Mall, Farmington, CT. The staff member we encountered, named Kim, was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. She seemed uninterested in accommodating our requests and her impolite demeanor left us quite shocked. We definitely won't be returning to this place. We advise others to steer clear of this unfriendly establishment with lackluster ice cream.

First of all, the smoothie I ordered for myself was terrible. I regret spending $5.00 on it. To make matters worse, I ordered a small smoothie for my three young children to share. When I placed the order, I specifically asked the woman if I could have two extra cups to divide the smoothie among the kids, and she agreed. However, the Asian woman who processed my payment flatly refused to give me the extra cups, stating, "You ordered one smoothie; I can't give you two extra cups. They are $0.50 each!" I seriously doubt that she pays $0.50 for each plastic cup, but whatever the case, I ordered two smoothies, not just one. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. I genuinely wish I hadn't spent any money at this establishment, and I will never return. The smoothies aren't worth it, and I'm disgusted by both the product and the terrible customer service.

The woman who works there was the rudest person I've encountered in a long time. It was a terrible experience. I won't be returning.

We met the worst rude lady named Kim today 4/25/2022 in this ice cream shop in Westfarm mall Farmington CT she told us she doesn't care what we want she was very rude and rude will never go back, we were shocked by this experience at all. Stay from this extremely rude place with fucking ice!
