Celeste, our server was great. eating was delish. hostesses were really nice and friendly. Thank you!

Eating was not as good as I expected from pf chang. the kung paohun was over boiled the steamed buddhas was understated. the server has made our order twice wrong. there was no sushi. the restaurant was packed and very loud. I miss the old days when they used to mix sauces to taste at their table.

Eating was over boiled, kung pow garnelen was brunette, the bark in Mongolian bark was chewing, the salat wrapped greasy. the hot and sour soup was delicious, overall we were disappointed.

We had to wait 30 minutes to sit with a reservation.

Though they tried by giving women a rose it was Valentines Day), it has been my worst experience at a PF Changs. Food was not anything like I remember and I have eaten there in the last 2 months). In fact it is so different, I feel like they have a new food supplier. Our server forgot to bring our drinks, it took 10 minutes to get two waters and two ice teas. We asked for sweetener twice before we got it which was about 15 minutes between each ask. We had guests will very mild palates and asked about the spice level. Well the dish we questioned, was very spicy and had to send it back. Our server was not attentive and forgot every request, including our appetizer our server kept saying they changed the system, I have to do that now) needless to say I had to remind our server about the appetizer when we were told our entrees would be up in about 5 minutes. The manager came out, after we sent the dish back, and was professional and tried to make things right. I am not sure what happened to this place.
