Macado's Restaurant Bar - Farmville

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious! And the prices are very reasonable.

I was really impressed with Macado's, especially with the affordable prices and delicious food. It's no wonder why local college students enjoy eating here. Parking was a bit tight, but manageable, and the entrance is located between two buildings with handicap accessibility. There are two separate areas for dining: a bar side and a regular dining side. We chose to sit at the bar side, and even though we weren't drinking, the atmosphere was still pleasant and not too noisy. The food was exceptional, with flavors reminiscent of elevated home cooking. The macaroni salad was especially delicious, served in a generous portion. The sandwiches were made with fresh bread, whether it was a tortilla, croissant, or bun. Every ingredient was fresh, including the lettuce, which can be hard to come by in some restaurants. The service was friendly and efficient, and we never had to wait long for anything.

This restaurant deserves five stars across the board! They have a wide variety of options on their menu and everyone in our group was happy with their choices.

Came in with a larger party. They made it difficult to get a table. The hostess was unprofessional with a complete attitude. The waitress did great. The food was just mediocer. Some things really well, others cold and not well at all. Loved all the TV's.
