Short Stop - Faulkton

This bar is absolutely fantastic! The staff and customers are truly the best; I haven't encountered a single unfriendly person in this town. If I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would!

The atmosphere was not appealing. While the venue was spacious, the local patrons weren't very friendly, which made us feel a bit out of place. The bartender was nice at first, but things changed when we played some music on the jukebox. She informed us that the music had to be turned off by 7 PM, which was fine. However, at 6:28 PM, she approached us quite angrily and demanded we turn off the music because new customers had arrived. I reminded her of the 7 PM cutoff she had mentioned. She then complained about the song choice (Toby Keith), which led us to decide to leave. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience, and we won’t be returning to this restaurant.

I popped in for a visit, enjoyed some drinks, and secured a ride home. What more could you ask for from a bar? They have dartboards, billiards, and plenty of seating. The bar staff was quick and efficient, and the locals were welcoming.

She then suggested we play music by Toby Keith, which felt out of place. Ultimately, we decided to leave, feeling quite dissatisfied with our experience. It's unfortunate we couldn't enjoy our special day here without these issues.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the drinks are expertly crafted. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly!
