Lady at the drive thru window at 12:30 had a nasty attitude and got mad cause she got my order wrong I ordered cheesy tots and it taste like regular tater tots hardly any cheese I will not return very outdated food tasted
Sad you pay for a meal and they make you wait 10 plus minutes and dont even make it right? Do quality control on your food before you leave.
My husband ordered on the mobile app at 11pm so we could eat on our way home, an hour before they closed. We get there not too long after placing the order so I’d say around 11:15pm and we get to the speaker. The customer service is already not great but that’s fine not worried about it because it’s late I get that, but the worker then proceeded to tell us they don’t have meat for our order. Ok, tell us how we can get a refund. The worker is not giving us a solid answer on how to get a refund for our food. We park trying to figure it out and their website says we can’t get a refund so we go back to the window to get some more help on the situation. A second worker tells us something completely different and that they are closed and cleaning up so they can’t do anything, says “bye” from what I heard and slammed the window. The first worker we were talking to at the speaker comes back up with an attitude saying “what do you want me to do I can’t pull money out of my drawer”. We just wanted some assistance on getting the refund. I still have no clue if I’m getting that refund because the app has already confirmed and processed and hasn’t changed. Their afternoon shift is lovely though, just don’t recommend going at night.
Out of half of the menu, had no Coca-Cola, and it literally took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru... the only saving grace was the food.
