Dunkin' - Fayetteville

My friend and I were having a bad day, we drove up and talked in a British accents to brighten the mood and this staff was so sweet! Joshua and Bryan were so kind to us and truly made our night!

Ordered a large iced coffee. They charged my credit card. Then the same person informs me they are out of ice coffee. Then I asked for a refund and they told me they can’t refund me. Then made me leave the store.

I love a good Dunkin' cup of coffee when I run out of my own coffee ingredients at home. But can we please have a drive thru option here? There are many times where I will skip this location entirely as I have a toddler in the car and sometimes it's just not worth the hassle of bringing her inside to grab a cup of coffee.. even if I promise her a donut. It's 2023, you can literally order groceries curbside. This is my petition for a drive thru addition :
