It was at this place (Sunday at 10:00. Many cars in the car thru could not place my order until I finally got the attention of an employee on my side of the speaker. The staff took a long time to 1 caramel Macchiato and iced tea (half sweet/half unweet. I wanted to play horses. I went to the street and my tea wasn't tea at all, but an ice cream coffee.

As a proud and self proclaimed frozen coffee fanatic, who is also tired of paying more than $6.00 for a medium at other competitive chains , I am a major DD caramel frozen coffee lover (even more than the $6.00 places). Although I constantly crave a caramel frozen coffee from DD, not all locations hold up to this positive stigma. This location on Raeford Rd. Is the worst I’ve ever seen. The blender somehow breaks every other day even though “a brand new one is ordered” every time. God forbid you order any other than 1 donut. You’ll be waiting forever to eat. Rarely do I feel valued as a paying customer when leaving the drive through exit. The drive through lane is strangely curved. It makes it difficult to approach the window without reaching halfway out the car window to pay the cashier. Overall, it’s so worth it to drive only 5 more miles to the Skibo location if you want fast and friendly service.

Out of cream, out of milk, had to use the little mocha pump bottle thing which looked closer to motor oil than actual chocolate. Drank about five sips and that was too much. coffee was clearly old and had a burnt taste. But is a gas station so what do you expect. I needed some coffee just to get me through till I got home. Won't be getting it there again.
