We love Ella's. Go for birthdays and anniversaries. Always make reservations esp if Razorbacks are in town. The service is great. Moved from Memphis area and thought we'd miss Chez Phillipe-we don't. :

Made an unusual dinner request ahead of time and enjoyed a perfect meal with impeccable service on a very special occasion. I go back when I am in town because the food and service are always exemplary.

Love the historical building and the wait staff was extremely friendly. I had the Salmon Tartine. It was really good except I didn't feel that it paired well with that bread. So I took it off! Problem solved.

Thank you for a wonderful delicious dinner last night! I had the pork chop with risotto and sweet potatoes and my hubs had the ribeye with green beans and twice baked potato. We had the crab cakes for an app. Our waiter was super friendly, attentive, and the food divine! Can't wait to try your Sunday brunch, let's see if your eggs benedict compares to my favorite brunch restaurant in Dallas, Benedicts! : (the best there is the surf and turf eggs benedict, with filet mignon and jumbo lump crabmeat! see you soon for brunch!
