He tried to find out how he could get his money back, he put the order on the line. I think they have to hire older ppl because children are not. I often go there, but there are always children who don't care what's going on. This place could make so much money..
This Little Caesars is our go-to for Friday nights. When we need to feed the family quick we often go grab a few pizzas that are hot and ready. This particular weekend we decided to go to Little Caesars again, so we ordered online. They gave us a time to arrive for pick up. When we arrived we still had to wait 45 minutes to get our order. But here's an interesting fact, the quality of the ingredients has changed. I don't know how to explain it, but the crust has become more like cardboard. I know this is Little Caesars and I can't expect a New York style pie, but the crust honestly was better before I don't know what else they change but my family doesn't like the pizza anymore. Kids will eat anything but when kids say they don't like it anymore there's an issue. We don't need there every weekend maybe once a month max twice a month so it's sad that their service is going down as well as quality. Little Caesars may not make it if Sales start to drop.
We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for 3 simple pizzas, wings and a drink after the online ordering system went down and no one answered the phone. We had to wait for our order to be taken while someone else answered the phone and 2 cars drove around us with their orders. An associate ran out and asked for our order again. Eventually, after 40 minutes, we got our food with the wrong pizza. And then after, presumably, the manager came out, we got the correct pizza.
I must be unlucky. My kids have had good experiences. Ordered waited 25 min, never got my pizza, got a refund and drove away without pizza. Last time.
Well... This is disappointing. I really like the LC sauce better than Domino 's PJ 's, but all of the other negative reviews are correct. The ppl are nice enough, but don 't seem to have any work ethic. I 've lived in Fayetteville for a while, the first couple of years this place was open it was outstanding. Now, even if you try to beat the crowd or try to save time by using the LC app, it makes no difference.......... YOU WILL WAIT 1+ HOURS FOR ONE PIZZA (in my case, a stuffed crust)!! Such a shame. Why is it always like this? Where a place is great for the first couple of years then tanks?
