I started to believe that I just have to cook and stop paying for food, especially in companies with bad management and service. Problem: The Intercom at this point did not work and there was no sign for the pre-warn customers of the problem. Solution: Make a note of the Intercom during a low service period that allows customers to understand the problem of the establishment. What happened: Two terrible workers had an attitude from this world when I went into the window. I had to laugh because I knew it would be one of those days. After looking at me five or six times, they finally went by and asked for my order. Now both began to wonder if I had an attitude and it was extremely unprofessional. All I wanted was two chickens and they thought it was best for me to wait until I gave them the same energy they gave me, but I didn't. I said thank you for your services and continued. Pay attention to this place it is a lot of miserable people working here that tries not to draw you from your character for any reason, but to be miserable with them.

Clean dining room, friendly staff, and the food was hot and delicious.

Hey the food was great. The staff was loud and unruly and impolite to the customers. I ate inside the building was a mess not clean at all. And the people that were coming through the drive-thru had to wait way too long for their meals I don't know what's going on there but their service is slipped, a lot. I'll give it one more try and if I have that experience I will not be back I'll find another location. That store and those employees need work

Very disappointed. I was sold some cold chicken today around 5 pm. There were a few cars in the drive through when I arrived so I thought surly they would have hot fresh chicken but no such luck today. This was the first time I had been to this Gillespie Street location during the week. I usually stop by after church on Sunday. ??

Terrible service the young lady's working there, were too busy gossiping with each other and not the customers. I got the 10 piece special with fries and Mac n cheese. The chicken wasn't spicy and look at the Mac n cheese. I will never go there again. I recommend no one else either.
