I experienced all of these wonderful qualities while placing a takeout order, and it was absolutely worth it. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes. The food was so delicious that I completely forgot to take any photos! The enticing aroma of the dishes will have you eagerly anticipating your next visit.
I ordered the dinner combo, which included Mongolian beef, sweet and sour chicken, two soups of my choice, spring rolls, and chicken skewers. Wow, late-night Chinese food really hits the spot! I was particularly impressed with the soups—wonton soup and sizzling rice soup. The broth was delicious and savory, and my mom and I couldn’t stop sipping it. The sizzling rice soup was packed with chicken and vegetables; I was nearly full just from that! The Mongolian beef was tender and paired perfectly with their fried rice. I also appreciated that the sweet and sour chicken came with a side of vegetables, which is rare at other places. The chicken skewers were well-seasoned, and the spring rolls had a crispy exterior with a moist interior. Next time I visit, I'm definitely going to upgrade the soup size to a gallon because it was that good!
We visited this restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday, and it was a wonderfully relaxed and enjoyable experience. The table was set professionally with cloth napkins, and the staff were incredibly friendly! They mentioned that they usually don't have many people dining in since most customers prefer takeout. However, I really appreciated the dine-in experience. Plus, the food was outstanding! We ordered several dishes to share family-style: the Appetizer Sampler, House Fried Rice, Szechuan Beef, Sesame Chicken, and Crispy Smoked Duck. Everything was fantastic, but my personal favorite was definitely the Crispy Smoked Duck—it was so tender, crispy, and full of flavor! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! It was served with a tangy plum sauce on the side that reminded me of a sweet and smoky BBQ flavor. Overall, I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to visit again!
I picked up dinner last night in Fayetteville and we ordered four different entrees along with hot and sour soup. Everything we tried was excellent, and we all agreed that this will be our new go-to spot for Chinese food, as it far surpasses the two options we have in our neighboring city. I did read a review mentioning that it’s pricey, and I can understand that perspective. However, everything seems to cost more these days. Overall, we were really happy with our meal! Highly recommend!
The food is consistently good; I always go for the General Tso Chicken and the pan-roasted dumplings.
