Alright.... This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was immediately put off by a homeless person outside the front door using drugs. Despite this, we decided to go inside and found that it was not very crowded...
I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant today and had the parmesan and garlic wings. My wife opted for the traditional salt and vinegar wings, all flats. We also enjoyed a couple of shots of Tequila.
We came in with our 5 kids on Friday at 5pm, during March Madness...everyone was awesome! Our server Jenn was amazing!! Personable, attentive...she acknowledged our kids as they were any other customer, something that rarely ever happens. Most servers disregard and ignore them, but Jenn 's attention made everyone 's experience great! ...The only complaint I have, is that we were put out in the sun room eating area when there was plenty of room inside. As more people were seated back there with us, it became obvious that was 'the kid zone ', away from the actual restaurant. Instead of smoking or non, it was like kids or non...BUT, that being said, if we had sat inside, we wouldn 't have had Jenn as our server, and I doubt I 'd be giving a 5 star review. We 'd sit back there any day to have Jenn as our server!!
Alex was a super great waiter and should be recognized as a very valuable waiter. You are very lucky to have him on your team.
