Church's Texas Chicken - Federal Way

Their honey biscuit was super good. Chicken was good. Friendly staffs. Great deal for lunch time. You can get 2 peaces and biscuit for $3 something. Good!

Pretty consistent. People are always nice, but last time the coleslaw tasted weird. No one got sick or anything, just didn't taste quite right and we always get it when we go.

I went in to the business several days before the 4 th of July. I have seen the American Flag is torn and weathered I spoke with the manager and informed him about the Flag must be replaced as of July 5th the torn and weathered flag is not replaced if you are a Veteran or family member of a veteran please don't spend your money at this business until the Due respect is shown for the American Flag which must be replaced.

In town visiting from Sacramento and we came here once we landed since it’s near my grandmother’s house. Last night my uncle spent over 70 bucks here. My mom ordered the 2 piece and upon getting it she was only given 2 wings that was over $12. Girl at window them said they’re out of spicy breast. Not the best customer service

The Customer Service here is terrible! If I’m calling because I a request for half and half Original and Spice that’s what I’m expecting cause that’s what I requested! Called the facility back to inform them on what was wrong with my order. Instead of trying to find the solution on how to better serve me, the worker was more worried about me bringing the chicken back. Then continued to say “it’s not my rules it’s corporates” okay I understand it’s corporates rules but did corporate take my order??? Come on, if I am paying for my food you guys have to deliver on your end! Corporate if you are reading this can you guys please reach out to your employees and properly retrain your workers so we all can be on the same page!
