Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Federal Way

A little expensive but kids love and enjoy every bite?Always feel good to be able alive to tastes the many blessings God has given us?

This place used to be great but now it’s often really messy/dirty. Counters covered with frozen yogurt and toppings, the serving spoons sticky and dirty. The staff are always in the back hanging out instead of having at least one person in the front. Several customers tried letting the employee know that a machine was broken and she just kept insisting it wasn’t (she didn’t even come look at it or help the customers if they were indeed using the lever wrong). When a topping ran out it took the person I was with several times of them asking the employees to refill it. They had the toppings just didn’t want to take the time to restock. This part is less important in all fairness but seems really inappropriate for at work to be wearing shorts so short you can’t see them, looks like the employee was just wearing a shirt.

Shout out to our Menchie's here in Federal Way. Hubby and I stopped in there yesterday for a delicious treat and were pleasantly surprised to find the place sparkling clean and a smiling, friendly employee greeting us. The flavors were in great variety, and the topping area was chocked full of yummies and spotless. Love this place!

Store was very clean (however it was noon and I was likely the first customer), but the vanilla I'm almost certain was not Menchies vanilla. Tasted watered down and had a strange transparent hue to it ... And .74 cents an ounce when the Gig Harbor store is .69 an ounce I found this disappointing.
