Pizza, Pasta, Co. - Federal Way

I had a horrible experience with this restaurant. I've eaten here twice before and the pizza was really good, so I suggested to my mom that we order some pizza and wings from here tonight as we were both hungry and craving pizza. I was finishing my last DoorDash orders for the day and decided to place our order for pickup via DoorDash. It said that order was being prepared and would be ready in about 45 min to an hour. So i finished up my shift, stopped by the store, and then headed to Gino's to see if my order was ready. When I walked in the door, the man working had no idea that I had placed a order. I explained that I ordered on DoorDash a while ago, so he looked it up on his device and said he could see my order, but did not start making it yet? He apologized and said he would make it ASAP and it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. After double checking with him twice to make sure, he assured me it would be ready no later than 25 minutes. So I went home and came back about 40 min later. This time a different guy is working and has no idea about my order. I explain the whole situation. Then they original guy comes out and and says I'm so sorry, I can start making your pizza now! I was so mad I just walked out of the store because I didn't want to blow up at him. So an hour and a half of waiting, no food, and now I have to cancel the order on DoorDash since they've already charged me 50 bucks and find another place to eat. They could have at least offered me a gift card or something. I'll never order from here again. And I would NOT recommend ordering from DoorDash at this restaurant. Apparently they completely those orders!

Love Gino's and the proximity to us in Federal Way. Good pizza and salads. The crust is thin and chewy and delicious. Sauce taste fresh and is seasoned perfectly. Glad they made it through these last crazy years.

Ordered a large pizza for takeout (Mama 's) and it was ok. The pizza was rather salty, there wasn 't a great amount of cheese or toppings, and the crust was rather breadstick like. Everyone has their favorite types of pizza, however, this was not mine.

The wine selection is solid to very good. The starter bread is AMAZING. The entrees are delicious, especially the tortellini, spaghetti, and bolognese. Have been here with friends and all have enjoyed their meals. Relaxed setting is a great place to go to regularly. Excited to have this restaurant close to home!

In my opinion this is the best pizza in FW and NET. Friendly staff. But the pizza is a must try. If you like thin crust. If not. Try it anyway. It's good. You won't be disappointed
