Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Things have changed. It used to be that as soon as you walked in, the hostess was there at the check-in desk. We've gone there about 3 times in the last 3 months or so, and each of those times there was no hostess visible as we walked in. Each time we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up. This last time (just a few days ago), we actually waited 8 minutes for someone to come and see us. We even came slightly around the big wall so we could been seen by somebody. When the hostess did finally come, she didn't act very friendly and looked like she wished she wasn't there. We also miss how the burgers used to come with a folded paper wrap around them. Now they come on a plate with no protective wrap. So now when eating a burger, all the drippings drip out onto your hands instead of being caught in the paper wrap. We each had to use 3 or 4 napkins. The food is good though... it's just that the other issues kind of take away from the experience.

Friendly, accurate and prompt. The food was hot, and appealing. The service was exceptional I had the avacado bacon burger and onion rings and a Cobb salad to go. Everything was fresh and area was very clean. I Highly recommend this location

Service was super slow. The first time we came service was quick and waiters were attentive. This time around from start to finish service was slow. Our waiter was too busy flirting to attend the us took her a good ten minutes talking with someone at his booth before attending us. She Was at the table next to ours and didn’t even acknowledge us. She would go fast to attend him and wouldn’t even check in with us.

Wanted stake fries so came to red robin. Which I haven't been to in a long time. It was ok I feel like things are not the same anymore.

Stoped in for a fast meal. Wife got the cob avocado salad. It was fresh and amazing. I got the chicken Sandwich and it was cooked perfectly. Excellent red Robbin.
