Feedback gevenThe sandwich was tasty and the staff member was welcoming at this restaurant. However, I was disappointed when I tried to use a valid Subway coupon and was told by the employee that they were not accepted due to their manager's policy. I checked everywhere in and outside of the restaurant, but there was no indication that coupons were not allowed. It felt like a bait and switch situation to receive coupons from Subway only to have them rejected at a Subway location.
Worse service ever, she took over 20 mins with only one costumer, refused to let me use the restroom saying that they don’t have one when they do, just a bad experience all around. Plenty people just got frustrated and left, and I’m definitely never coming back to this one
Well, I didn't even order anything. I tried to but Whitney, the woman helping me, was so impossibly rude I opted to take my business elsewhere. I wasn't actually going to complain because I ended up deciding that maybe she was having a bad day. However, After getting back to my job and telling my coworkers about the incident we all 3 realized we had similar incidents with the same worker. Coworkers who now go out of their way to eat subway at the nearby stores rather than having more interactions with this woman. I can tell you now...whoever the owner is...this woman is costing you business. Would love to talk to customer service about the actual incident.
Elderly lady seems VERY over worked. That I won’t hold her accountable for. Subway get your employee some help!!
The service at this restaurant was terrible. An older white woman was racist towards me and my family because of our ethnicity. When I asked her for 5 sandwiches, she responded with disbelief and took almost 20 minutes to prepare them. She was stingy with the food, only placing two cucumbers in one sandwich when I asked for more. She made my cousin label each sandwich, even though three of them were the same. When I requested the bathroom keys for my 4-year-old brother, she made us wait and never provided them, forcing us to leave and find another place for him to use the restroom. Her attitude towards us was rude from the beginning, and she treated non-ethnic customers differently. Despite her behavior, I remained polite, thanked her, and even left a tip. No one should experience this kind of service when purchasing a product. This incident occurred on 12/23/2019 at 3:10 pm.
