I don't understand why there's only one waitress for the entire dining area. It’s really pitiful to see her so overwhelmed and confused. Instead of enjoying the carbs and herbal teas, I found myself watching the poor girl's struggles. The service is slow. I didn’t order any food because it didn’t seem worth it. We wanted to order another pot of tea, but realized we didn’t have an hour to wait. It’s tasty, but also a bit sad. I love places like this.

The business lunch is quite good. The food is tasty, and the portion sizes are generous. The ambiance is cozy. However, I want to add to my review: after two months, things have deteriorated. It's no longer as great as it was at first and has turned into just an average eatery.

The service was extremely slow, and the food was terrible. The soup, pasta, and lasagna were served cold and tasted bland.

Terrible service. We waited 45 minutes for 2 coffees and a sandwich. I had to go get spoons myself! When we asked the waiter for dessert, they said it would be brought right away, but more time passed and no one came. We approached again, and the result was the same. One girl was walking around with headphones on and wasn’t in uniform; we were told she was just visiting, but for some reason, she was interfering with everything. We thought she might be the manager, but that was unclear. The waitress we spoke to turned out to be an intern who had only been working for 3 days. I believe that during a trial period, you should be more attentive and proactive. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

The café is quite good, I would say excellent. The service is top-notch. It’s great to see that there are plenty of options available at affordable prices. The atmosphere is very pleasant.
