Restaurant Haus am Strand - Fehmarn

Good food, fair price, very nice service, good location. Have been there a few times. Saithe fillet and salad always tasted good.

One word: gorgeous!!! The beach house and the staff there shines with speed without being hectic, is friendly (especially towards children), the menu is excellent and the prices are moderate but affordable according to the very good quality. The atmosphere simply rounds off the visit here!

Rarely eaten so well. Great food and super friendly service! The prices are perfectly fine for the quality and portion size, even relatively cheap! We'd love to come back!

We ate there at the end of August 2018. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. On the one hand, we had a plaice that was not gutted correctly. Cutting it open revealed innards, which unfortunately spoiled the appetite. The worst part, however, was a spoiled side salad. Since I myself come from the service, I kindly pointed out after the meal that the fish was good, but that there was something spoiled in the side salad. In addition, the deco melon that came with it was also bad. In my opinion, that can happen and a nice staff could save such a situation. The reaction of the service, an older gentleman, was the purest cheek: Uh, I have to ask in the kitchen . No apologies or anything and as expected the feedback from the kitchen never came... Spoiled accompaniment to a €18 dish, no apologies for that. Never again!!!

The reaction of the service, an older gentleman, was pure cheek: Uh, I have to ask in the kitchen No apology or anything like that and as expected the feedback from the kitchen never came ... Bad side dish for a dish for € no apology for that. Never again!!!
