Restaurant mund.art - Feldkirch

This is not the most beautiful restaurant in the opposite, but eating is good and the service is super friendly. very reasonable.

They were here for a birthday, the owners and waiters of the restaurants were very pleasant. we ate beautiful crepes, they are not ordinary crepes, but very original! it's nice to try something else. fresh ingredients and cook before them.

Obviously I wanted to try their crepe since it is so highly rated and my partner an ice-cream to accompany me. As we entered the premise, our smile was not greeted with a reciprocal smile but the body language appear to be telling us We...are not interested with your business We asked if we can sit down. It was just a nod from the male staff. The other 2 female staff were looking stressed out. One was busy making crepe which prompted us to ask, if the crepe and the ice cream can be served in 15mins. The male staff responded, first with a Yes but then a very sarcastic tone, We are machines if we can serve you within 15minutes Then, we asked, Even for scooping ice-cream in a cone . He showed annoyance without a respond and we know, we should just get out of this place. In my view, even if one is busy, it does not hurt to respond in a friendly tone. That's where the test of customer excellence kicks in, can one sustain service level irrespective of peak/low periods? The slogan of this restaurant is Essen mit Kultur Well, it definitely living up to POOR Service culture and setting a bad impression of Feldkirch.

Nice place to eat in Feldkirch, opened everyday! Food is a bit heavy but still good if you like crepes etc.

Feldkirch on a Sunday night for dinner was interesting. we went around the city square and came over restaurant mund.art it has a wonderful menu that underlines crepps in all shapes, aromen ans sizes. we had a calzone crepe filled with huh, tomato sauce, cheese,...zucchini the other was a panang gai, crepe filled with huh, paprika, tweezers, curry sauce....absolut divine.
