Chilled atmosphere, happy but pro service, interesting wines. What more could you want?…..well, maybe an Über or a few rooms …… However, no matter! The drive home is glorious, moonlit, through vineyards and woods and I didn’t mind at all. I mean you don’t have to slurp …..though I’d have loved another glass of that Casse Croûte Chateau Maris Chardonnay/Grenache. And I bet there was a banging red to go with my lip smacking rabbit, which was complete with ironey kidneys, liver and heart……just right with a rich, dark Syrah…..but no it’s fine. Really.
Amazing food, brilliant wine and friendly service in a great setting. Worth a visit if you're exploring the Minervois
The food was simply delicious. I had the rabbit stew and it was wonderful the best I've had for years. My partner had the kidneys and it was really good. The starters and desserts were also excellent as were the staff. It is well worth a long detour.
Right to discover absolutely. It's a great discovery. Ambiance, friendliness, excellence and originality of wines, oenology, rest and pleasures of the table, pleasant and refreshing environment in full heat.
A restaurant with beautiful terrace, quiet atmosphere, very friendly service, on the plates a delight, but the portions are a little bit small considering the price, it is the only small point in less
