I usually don?t mind Arby?s once in a while but my fiancé and I only came to this location twice because we were afraid the food would be a disappointment and we were right. Both times my fiancé?s food falls apart as he?s eating it. He got the deep fried Club and I got the Cranberry Deep fried wrap; too many sauces and the meat was cold after getting it from thru after driving home which is about 5 minutes. The food we were served ruined his veteran?s day dinner. Not to mention the girl at the window is afraid to have a conversation with us and kept shutting the door in our faces the second she gave us each item. It was so nasty we just left even though we were short napkins. We won?t be returning back to this location.
The food was good, but the level of interaction with customers was lacking. I suspect that COVID may be to blame for this.
I ordered from the trip through I told them three times my order, but at the end our food will bring home. they gave no quitting or arby sauce and the order was wrong. two employees are running everything. simply not happy with the process and without receiving her firm with what they do not offer. only bad service
I recently tried the 5 for $10 original Bratbeef, fries, a buffalo chicken sandwich, and a turkey pack, along with two Andes chocolate mint shakes. Everything was delicious! The staff was friendly and provided great counter service.
