However, I do have a couple of complaints. First, the parking situation was a bit frustrating due to the limited spaces available. Secondly, I had to wait 40 minutes for a table, which isn't surprising on a Friday night, but it felt particularly frustrating given that there were many empty tables in the restaurant. I also felt neglected during the wait, as no one came by to offer me a drink or provide an update. That said, my waitress was fantastic and made the experience much better. Overall, this restaurant is wonderful and has quickly become my new favorite weekend spot. I'm definitely looking forward to returning again and again because the food was just that good!

Loved everything about this place, the atmosphere, service, and food. Next time, we hope to be able to sit outside. The interior space does not disappoint with the authentic old fire house vibe and while we were there during the day, I imagine looks even better at night. Such a great use of the space. We had the fried pick app, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and the Meatloaf Sandwich all delicious! Looking forward to going back!

We had drinks on the roof at sunset, which is amazing in itself. Our waiting time was longer on a table below because the pagers did not work properly and we never knew our table was called. The managers came to find us after a while and let us sit, and they got everything to us quickly, as well as composed dessert for the extended waiting period. The food was amazing (forget the brisket, seriously, along with the Union Mac Cheese), and the Fire Hall Red Ale was smooth. Dessert was beignets with chocolate sauce...heavy is a good adjective. Felicia was a fabulous waitress, took care of us. Always nice when your waiter takes care of service. Definitely back.

The food was great, and the desert was amazing! Our server (Sean) was super nice, personal and took care of us from menus to our bill. Thanks for a great place for dinner!

As a vegetarian I found that most restaurants have only a token veggie burger, but the “Gather burger” in the fire hall is amazing... they actually have an effort to make it unique and amazing!
