J I Chinese Kitchen - Fenton

Gross. Had I gone by myself I would have walked out as soon as I walked in. The floor, ceiling was grungy. The menu pictures haven 't been wiped in what looks like years. The place just looks like something out of kitchen nightmares.However I tried it, unfortunately. The fried rice is nothing more than brown rice with a bit of sauce. The beef was flavorless other than the massive amount of brown sauce they poured over it. The crab Rangoon was clearly fried in old oil and steamed to wetness once they put it in your box order.Plenty of other well established Chinese places around, go there.

Last time I ate here it wasn’t very good. Panda went downhill so I thought it would give them another shot. Unfortunately, I stood they for a solid 5 minutes as they stood there and wouldn’t acknowledge me. The guy even took a phone order during this time and i eventually got the hint and walked out as they watched and said nothing. I guess they only serve certain people.

Taste is amazing along with pricing and quality. J I is as close as possible to my favorite place for chinese food which is Old St Louis Chop Suey. This is my go to for when Im out in fenton and not wanting to drive to saint louis city

I used to love this place but a few months back I bought my last order ever from this place. My extra side of chicken fried rice had bugs in it, it looked like a little mite. I’ve got a video of it even but be aware people and look through your food
