Taco Bell - Fenton

Nacho fries were old flavorless and hard but the rest was good. A lil bummed cause the nacho fries are the star of the show.

This is really the worst taco bell location I've ever seen. I haven't been here for three years because I've been having bad experiences again and again. the last stroh was when I ordered in the app, got a text that my order was ready for picking up, I show up and they told me that they had not yet begun and it would be 30 minutes and if I wanted to complain, I was welcome. So, today, more than 3 years since my last visit, I decided to give them another chance. but surely they are still terrible. an older gentleman came to order and I heard that the employee told him he was too busy to ring him and he had to use the kiosk. of course the customer has gone out. not only did he refuse to help him, but he was so rude about it. To finish it, there was a hired, in uniform, sitting in the corner playing on their laptop. I think she'd been the manager of what makes me feel. I know the times are hard now and the places are short occupied, but there is no excuse to let customers go because they are too lazy to help them. this place should be simply shut off, it is a sweat. eating was done right, which is the only reason for my 2 stars.

I love taco bell when it is made by a team member who has work ethics or a team member who only value their job easily but. if a team member who doesn't value his job has only one job because they were forced and have no work ethics, it really shows how they prepare my order. my food was excellent and literally melted in my mouth when I had eaten here a few nights ago.

We came last night at 8 o'clock to this place to dinner and didn't make it in the window or got food until 9 o'clock. we would have just gone and went to another place, except her drive through the lane is so built that cars cannot pull out of the line. the girl in the window did not even apologize for waiting for that and was not friendly in the smallest. To cover it from the food, mediocre was best and was not even hot. In view of the amount of time we are stuck there, they would think our eating would be hot and fresh. I would give zero stars if I could.

Pros: friendly staff; eating made to order. cons: if employees are actually present. I drive a fair distance to this place because it is one of the few who are supposed to be open by 7 o'clock. mostly there is no problem. but in the last two months, I had a few cases where I either didn't have any answer to the drive, or immediately said they were not yet open because not all of them are there. I understand. So wake up early and drive 15 minutes to learn, I have to go somewhere else for my breakfast. I don't give up yet. you are
