Annangrove Dining

Looking at the website, this restaurant looked like a nice place to go for a quality meal. Despite the website blurb, the dining experience was far from truly pleasing . Yes, the food was presented well (bar the burnt bits), but the food tasted bland and had no flavour. Ambience was lacking and the staff looked pretty miserable.I usually go for a dessert, but, based on the main, I didn 't bother. Won 't be returning in a hurry.

My family have been visiting Annangrove Bar Dining for the past 12 years or more,we have always enjoyed our meals functions there.Recently celebrated my sons wedding reception there 30th November 2013, David his wonderful staff excelled themselves. The setting for a wedding is just fantastic, we were able to have what we wanted with table settings, flowers, the order at which the Bride wanted the tables set out. David offered us an extensive menu was able to produce some very tasty food for our guests. I particularly enjoy our surroundings when we go there, lots of very interesting memorabilia on the walls and the gardens are lovely to wander about in. On Weekends my wife I sneak out of our house early so we can drive the 5 mins to AB D to grab a yummy breakfast outside on the gazebo overlooking the little pond, if we are lucky there is a Sunday paper for us. We are going to have a High Tea there as well in March 2014...another event to look forward to.
