La Royale Patisserie

Cakes and pastries were pretty good.They have heaps to choose from so it can be hard to make a decision.Service was pretty good and the cakes were pretty fresh.They seem to sell most items by the end of the day so are pretty popular around the area if you're looking for something sweet.

The patisserie is one of our family favourites when it comes to satisfying our sweet tooth as they have the largest range of cakes on offer compared to other patisseries we’ve been to and includes various South American, traditional Italian and French desserts and pastries. In addition to pastries, the premise also offers gelato.

As soon as I walked to this Patisserie, the arrays of colourful sweet treats on display caught my eye. Of course that’s what you expect to see when you enter a patisserie. They all look tempting, really (I have sweet tooth . I actually wanted to have brunch here so I ordered Ricotta Hotcake. It’s pretty good and generously portioned. The highlight of this dish is definitely the mango syrup. Thick and very mango-ey, the portion given is not enough : Coffee is awesome too, as expected from Lavazza.And what’s the point going to a patisserie without having a sweet treat? I’ve never seen or tried chaja before so today is the day. It’s actually too sweet to my standard of sweetness, but I don’t mind at all! The different layers of elements are lovely. I get meringue, sponge cakes and dulce de leche in one bite. I can see myself coming again to this place to try different treats. They have gelato too!

Have been heading down to la royale for quite some time now and have always been beyond impressed. Service is great, such an incredible selection of pastries and cakes, and I always leave feeling very content : I personally love their strawberry tarts (so much to the point that one year I had a whole birthday cake strawberry tart . I also love their coffee slushees which are to die for!! They also offer hot food options like sausage rolls and breakfast selections. I love the atmosphere here too especially since they renovated!

Amazing selection of cakes in a convenient location. We have tried everything from the south American style cakes to the ricotta cake to their continental cake. Always delicious quality cakes for a celebration.
