Rude and inconsiderate waitress, chit chatting to her friend instead of turning her head to see a customer patiently waiting for takeaway.

Food is not too bad but very poor customer service. The Korean womanat the cash register and the other woman giving out orders today were pretty passive aggressive; my friend and i found them so rude. Such a shame that staff like them are bringing down the quality of the dining experience, as the food is pretty good for the price.Please practice some hospitality :

Excellent quality with Bento boxes. I always enjoy the chicken teriyaki Bento lunch box. Today I tried the Chicken katsu Bento Box. It was so yummy. Always fresh. Will come back.

Been coming here for years. Always very clean kitchen and fresh food. Genuinely nice owner and nice staff. I missed casually dining here during the lockdowns.

First meal out of lockdown and first time trying this place after moving to the area. Man this was so good and very much needed. Highly recommend the teriyaki chicken set meal. Delicious. Not sure if it was the meal or post-lockdown euphoria but it made me super happy and emotional.
