I walked up to the counter with the menu Pointed to the server on the menu the lunch special. Ordered 3 x dishes even asked that please ensure I get the members discount. The food came out, I got 3 dishes and not the lunch special! I complained and was simply advised I should have specified how much more specific can you get if you point in the menu! Since the non lunch special cost more it also had no rice. I was charged extra to order rice! I feel ripped off and will also escalate to the club as this is quite terrible service
Service was great, we ordered the Fried Rice, SweetnSour Pork.
