Feedback gevenI don't often write reviews, but last night I was for the first time in this farm and I really feel like recommending it to everyone. It was all impeccable: from the warm and welcoming room, to the table furnished with extreme care for details, to the staff who pampered us and delighted by the appetizer to dessert. Superb appetizer with focaccia, meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables, honey and jams strictly of their production. If you go in group as in my case, then I suggest you bring the pizzas already cut in the center. In this way, you will have the opportunity to try them all because they are one more good than the other. Here is also a particularity worthy of note: instead of mozzarella they use a first salt always of their production. And the same thing for desserts, in cheesecake you will find their ricotta and in the tart their plum jam. In short, a farm at km 0 in the true sense of the word, where the quality of the ingredients and the love for their work are perceived from the first moment!
All non-local products but produced by them! Exceptional cheeses, delicious pizza, neither thin nor high, spatial ingredients! And then the meat....just CASA KNOWS! _
Every time I return to this farm I always get super satisfied The food is great, real products, quality and km 0 , is a real farm !!! The appetizer is delicious, salami cheese jams of season and grilled vegetables.. If you want to taste real products this appetizer is the right thing to choose, accompanied by hot focaccia and a Cesanese, finally a local bowl that offers a Lazio wine!! The pizza is extraordinarily tasty soft and crisp at the same time.. Also this made with the products created totally by their hands. I always recommend booking There is a large parking lot The room is always clean The staff is kind and super helpful . I will definitely come back!! !
Excellent lunch and really own production.... very clean place very nice.... The lunch of once.... first starter and lamb of production own... sweet tart and wine donuts....really satisfied
I returned twice in this farm a week away, the first time savoring the classic menu of first and meat, the second for the pizza unique in its kind.. we have proposed an appetizer of meats and cheeses, two first means of cutting sauce and ravioloni with ricotta and spinach. Divine. But what really made the difference was the second of meat, Bruno brought us the pig and the lamb.. I am not passionate about meat but I really felt the difference. He melted himself in the mouth..poi sweets of choice all strictly made in the house!! Also the pizza is original because instead of mozzarella the first salt is used.. very delicate..prenotate before going and good appetite!! !
