Subway - Fergus

We came in 3/18 at 6:28pm. The service was horrible by two girls that were preparing our subs. They had the worst attitude with their co worker that was the only Hispanic girl working and on the register. One of the girls which I’m assuming was in charge because of her bossing around handed over the sanwhiches super rude and told her to cut it and close them but in the worst attitude . I felt so bad for the Hispanic girl and I don’t think it’s fair at all. I left subway feeling super bad. I hope you guys are able to have a conversation with the Hispanic girl and make sure she feels comfortable working around those type of mean girls when all she’s trying to do is have an income. I know for sure she was uncomfortable! Bullying is never ok!

We brought my 4yr old grandson in to have lunch the only people in the place were 3 teenage girls that obviously knew the girl working or rather was supposed to be working we were told it would be a few minutes and she returned to her conversation with her friends they didn't order anything at all and the poor kid working with her was trying to run the window by himself and had done 3 car's by the time we gave up and went somewhere else my grandson cried ? because he really wanted his BBQ chips I won't return

Great food! There are lots of extra veggies without extra cost! Great customer service. ?

The team at this particular Subway are always friendly and keep a clean restaurant. We actually go out of our way to go to this one instead of other Subways in the area.
