Steak 'n Shake - Ferguson

More ghetto than a mother cracker No issues with my food yet but going here at night is risky business. The service is questionable

I was at this location on Feb 18,2024. The ONLY car in drive thru; simple order of chili 5-way no onions taken by Montrell . Got home and there was wet noodles with lots of beans on top almost like soup) no meat or cheese . I called 3 times and finally got someone. I asked for a supervisor /manager and the person said they were the manager hmmm which happen to be Montrell. He said just bring it back and we will fix it. Not one apology with the attitude . This is way restaurants are closing due to poor customer service. I live too far to bring back one item that they couldn’t get right. Do better steak n sorry. I see you don’t respond to complaints on your website either…..

The service is excellent! Every one of my questions was answered. I was having difficulty with the soda dispenser, and TWO employees came helped me out immediately. 3 minutes later, I was asked if I had everything I needed. Exceptional service!

The seasoning has become quite heavy on the burgers...tooooo much...heart attack style...I'm saying this because it's happened the last 3x....

Long waiting time inside and especially drive thru just to serve cold food this location should have stayed closed
