The Tavern By Aibc - Fernandina Beach

I had two small plates for dinner, and they were delicious, reasonably priced, and the portion sizes were just right. Our waiter, Jones, was friendly and knowledgeable. The beer selection was quite decent; I enjoyed the collaborative IPA, which was better than what I've had in Florida before. Overall, the other beers were also good. Coming from New York, where I have access to great New England beers, and having experience in North Carolina, I can be a bit critical of the beer scene. However, it’s clear that there has been significant progress in Florida's craft beer industry. I'd love to see more experimental brews and sours made with local fruits in the future, but I'm sure that will come in time. Keep up the great work!

Great menu! I can’t praise our server enough; she was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The food was incredible! I enjoyed the best BBQ sandwich and onion rings. I can't wait to return. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful.

Had a delicious dinner here last night. Wild mushroom and prosciutto linguine was excellent. Also shared a gigantic soft pretzel, fish and chips and shrimp bisque. It was happy hour so the $5 glasses of wine went down nicely. The prices are very reasonable and the service excellent! Love this place!!
