Little Caesars Pizza - Ferndale

Second time the parking lot has been so full that people had to park elsewhere. Except this time it was during a blizzard. No salt, no shoveled walk, got stuck in parking lot twice. Ordered online, my code didn’t work, so I had to wait in line. A LONG line. I got up to the front to be told “well it thinks you’re a “no show” (I ordered and paid online- it took probably 5 extra min to get there due to blizzard weather and another 10 to find a safe spot for my car). Im told that worker is always there, so he should know better. They take WAY too many orders for the parking spots available- last time I came here on a weekend, I watched a customer nearly get hit bc of needing to park across the street. The line was out the door that time. NEVER AGAIN.Parking: Dangerous and horrifying

A bit untidy, but they get the pizzas out fast. Never had to wait longer than 10

First off let's just say I order a ultimate supreme last night and a order of crazy bread. They told me 25 minutes, that's fine because because I drive from Warren to come to this location, My pizza was well done so was my crazy bread!!! I realized this after I already got home. Mind you I drive a good 15 minutes to get there, The boy manager that was working was understandable on the phone, he replace my pizza and bread sticks but than they skimped on everything there was a total of 5 sausages on my Large pizza ?? This a $15 order... Not a hot and ready when I checked my pizza the boy behind the counter using register a Larger white boy was very rude rushing me. First off you should of never gave me a well-done pizza. The black girl was looking at me hard too, she knew the pizza was burnt and the bread. I'm never returning to this location it took me an hour just to finally be able to feed my family

This is my 5th or 6th time coming here over the past few months and they never have anything ready. 20 min wait minimum for a hot and ready . Employees always seem to be working hard, must be terrible management.

Hot and ready is seriously false advertising. Second time arriving to find ZERO selection available. After being told something would be out of the oven soon I waited 10 minutes then the person behind the counter asked me if I wanted to order something. When I reminded him what I was waiting for he again said that I would have to order it. Not one more penny ever for them!
