Feedback gevenI'm very disappointed in Vital Choice. Their products are all amazing quality however, I live locally to the warehouse and as a local I used to be able to place an order and go pick up, 15 min drive for me. Now there is no pick up offered and I would have had to pay over $90 shipping on the order I was just trying to place $500) order. For a company that strives to appear Sustainable this is hypocritacle . Sad to say I will be buying elsewhere. I understand that during COVID this may have been the only way, but that's just no longer the case. Disappointed to say the least!
Absolutely crushes all other fish I’ve ever eaten. Sushi quality, you can slice off little pieces and roll it up and eat it raw. I’ve been smoking it, grilling, pan frying, etc. Great quality and customer service
Very long time Vital customer Along with most of the products, I like the 3.75 tuna cans but, unfortunately, it appears since their sale to 800 flowers, even the canned product quality has fallen. People want local business because we are in the NW and we are fish. And it has to be good. Fortunately I've found other locals who haven't sold out. I'll say goodbye to the personal tuna cans and goodbye to Vital.
Vital choice was for years my favorite place to order wild salmon and free range meats. Since 800 Flowers took over they have totally destroyed this company. Customer service is atrocious. Outsourced to agents who know nothing about the food. Product quality has dropped. A bunch of the items they used to carry are now gone. Extremely sad to see this. I wish I knew what happened. Vital Choice was such a gem until now.
I have been a customer of Vital Choice for several years. I ordered $250.00 worth of Salmon and Chilean Sea bass as you all know is very expensive any where you buy it from. I received this order today it was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and when I opened the box it wasn't even cold. The 15lbs of dry ice was gone. I called them because according to their web site they will make it right, they offered to refund the shipping cost which I told them I had already paid for the passport option which gives you free shipping. Then they came up with 20% back. So, I get back $48.50 back from an order of $250.00 which is laughable. I won't be making anymore purchases from this company unless I receive a comparable refund. How they think 1 person can eat 12 pieces of fish in 2 days is unbelievable. Mary H.
