Feedback gevenNot open at posted time. It had lights on, people in there, but no one attempted to take an order or even communicate they weren't open yet. The automated system asked a question and then dead air. After wasting time, I pulled up to the window and 2 people were in there. They looked at me and continued going whatever they were doing until I pulled off.
Isn't preordering supposed to mean that the item is ready at the time that you order it, instead of they start your order when you get there to pick it up?

I did an online order for a peppermint shake, sat in the drive thru line, then was told at the window they don’t have any peppermint shakes. It needs to come off mobile ordering if it’s not available.
My frosty, had started to melt by the time I reached the drive-thru
