Domino's Pizza - Fernley

I tried the new stuffed cheesy pepperoni bread, and it was quite delicious. However, I felt it could use a bit more pepperoni in each bite; it just didn't quite hit the mark.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, cheese bread, and cinnasticks last weekend with a couple tubs of Garlic dip. The order was placed around 730 pm and didnt show up to my house until 930. I immediately noticed they didnt leave the dip that I ordered and I called this dominos before the delivery driver even left the neighborhood. They told me they had no way to get a hold of the driver (who more than likely had a cell phone) and said they would ask him to bring the dip back once he got back. That never happened. The rest of our order was cold when we got it which is crazy because my pizza was in the quality check phase for almost 2 hours.

Horrible experience, the wait time they gave was way under when we actually got our 3 pizzas not a huge order or anything on top of that, dude that took our order and handled the money with no gloves went to go touch and handle food without washing his hands! Then when my order showed up on the tracker screen it showed that it was ready for over 10 minutes and I was told it was still in the oven! Overall horrible service, not every worker but they definitely need to switch some things around! Oh and then they forgot 2 of our pizzas once it was finally ready they forgot to make the order 2. Absolutely insane!

The delivery was impressively quick, even on a busy Friday night when other pizza places couldn’t even provide a driver. It seems like everyone is turning to Domino's for their orders!

I ordered a pizza but received just dough instead. I would have been better off going to bed hungry!
