Mcdonald's - Fernley

This McDonalds in Fernley is GREAT compared to the one is Sun Valley that one is terrible!! Everytime I have went to the one Fernley they have everything I order the one in Sun Valley never has ice cream frappes fresh biscuits and the wait time for the drive through is really long after 8pm

We visited on March 18th, 2022 and were pleasantly surprised by the beautifully cooked and fresh burgers we received, especially considering it was only 12:30. The fries were also hot, beautiful, and very fresh. We can't recall the name of the young man who served us, but our experience at this McDonald's was the best we've had in years. Thank you for a job well done and for delivering what we paid for.

I usually avoid eating at McDonald's due to poor service, but the drive-thru at this location was excellent. The food was hot and the service was great. I will definitely be stopping here again. The crew at this McDonald's location earned my approval. I visited again today and once again had a positive experience with the friendly and helpful staff. I have heard complaints about the service here in the past, but I have always been served by polite and attentive employees. The manager and crew at this location deserve praise for their hard work.

The young man working at the drive-thru window was fantastic. I noticed his distinctive blue light safety goggles as I pulled up. They looked top of the line, costing $40. He definitely deserves a promotion to manager.

Service was fast and the staff were very sweet
