Pizza Factory - Fernley

Vile food. Pizza not cooked properly and simply not tasty. The Wannabe Caesar salad with HUGE pieces of lettuce that couldn't fit into my giagantic mouth. I should've known to go to a place that was practically empty. You'll disagree with me on the food but I've eaten a lot of great pizza in 5 decades of living and the food was simply amateur. I grew up and lived close to NYC for 29 years and if you want good pizza then you should maybe learn your craft more before you serve people this trash.

Do not get the pesto, tomatoe, garlic pizza. Burnt pizza that tastes like rubber for $30 bucks for a medium! Plus a good delivery tip. Paid for extra sauce added a note asking for a little extra sauce please, it had zero sauce on it. Chewy rubber dough, my husband won't even eat it he eats everything. Also the promo code we got in the mail did not work. Can't figure out how to post a pic

Passing through town, decided to stop to get a slice. Pizza was cooked perfectly, even the crust! Service was quick. As we were leaving we were given coupons... I think we might come back on the way through!

Waited 2 hours. Was lied to multiple times. Manager of the establishment said our order didn't go through for 30 to 45 minutes and it wasn't their problem, which she later admitted did go through at the time we specified. Pizza was mid, do not recommend.

Waited 2 hours for a simple online order and waited patiently for my pizza to come be delivered. Called to ask where the pizza was and they did not make the pizza because they said the order I PAID FOR they did not have a ticket for and therefore did not exist. Until I informed them I already paid. They then went out of their way to try excuse themselves and lie about why their services took 2 hours for the most basic pizza. Terrible customer service. Pizza was mid.
