Taco Bell - Fernley

I was really impressed by the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the friendly staff. It's definitely a well-organized establishment.

Is it really necessary to close the lobbies due to a staffing shortage? Why not consider closing the drive-thru instead, allowing you to serve walk-in customers? Customers with larger vehicles that can't fit through the drive-thru shouldn't be left out because of your hiring challenges.

The food was not appealing, with cheese and lettuce on the floor. The tables were dirty and unkempt. There was even what appeared to be a homeless person sleeping at one of the tables. The employees seemed uninterested in cleaning or assisting customers. One was on her phone at the cash register, while another was sitting at the counter also on her phone. Cleaning should be done with a rag and cleaner, not with a napkin.

I am editing my previous review, as lately things have greatly improved. Staff is hard working and friendly. Service is fast .

Abigail has amazing customer service!!! She was such a breath of fresh air!!! Definitely a nice addition to Taco Bell! Abigail you ROCK!!
