In any case, respect that they exist even in today's difficult situation and are there for the guests. But.... There is a great contrast between a delicious fresh roast (my Dutch companion really appreciated it) and an amateur microwaved beef pöre. (this was mine) The lame micing, it made the harmony worse. Please. I was sure that it wasn't made that day... However, it's not atomic physics to heat it so that it doesn't show up. So the inside was inedibly hot, while the edges of the otherwise really delicious beef pöre were cold. Note that good quality is not typical in these places. But here it was correct. Respect.
