I don't visit this restaurant very often anymore since I used to work here a few years ago. However, when I do, it brings back a pleasant sense of nostalgia. It may not be the best restaurant around, but it's certainly not the worst either.
Restaurant 5904 in Festus, Missouri, was a disappointment. I ordered a dish with extra mushrooms, for which I paid extra, but there were no mushrooms at all. This mistake was clearly noted on the receipt. I returned to the restaurant, ordered the same dish, and once again requested mushrooms, only to have the order taken incorrectly once more, with no tomatoes this time. They also informed me that they were out of Caesar salad. The workers were clearly overwhelmed, as there were only four of them working. To make matters worse, the tea was sour and they were out of Mt. Dew.
Is somebody who worked here please do not eat the food they cook with their bare hands they microwave the lasagna and they have not cleaned their oven in over 2 years everything in this place is disgusting and I'm surprised more people have not gotten foodpoisoning I felt bad for even serving the food the Alfredo taste like glue and is cooked inside of a plastic bag and if you showup during the wrong hours of the day your weight could be anywhere from 2 to 3 hours somedays I've seen them leave the pastamagic that they used to cook all of your pasta unclean the entire shift so it becomes filthy to the point where the water isliterally Brown please do not eat here for the safety of yourself and your family it is a disgusting establishment
Big shout out to the staff at Fazoli's in Festus tonight. The staff was amazing. They had just been slammed and were trying to get more stuff cooked. The staff held it together and from outward appearance didn't lose it on front of or with the customers.Great job!!!
