Stella Di Mare - FIDENZA

The worst hotel in Dubai!!! Service is 0!! Loud music play all night it’s impossible to sleep! Managers did nothing, each time telling me that they will stop the music! They lied 3 times and didn’t stopped the music!

Yesterday had an amazing time at la fontana restaurant. The food was excellent. Special mention to Mr. Alen Aynur He spontaneously arranged a cake for my daughter on becoming a doctor. He is a very good guy and hope to see him at higher post for his excellent hospitality.

We arrived also late, about 13.45. They told us that the kitchen was closing, but they were trying to do their best to prepare something for us. We came to the conclusion that a surprise menu was for all of us the best idea. We are not disappointed: what a great starter with all kind of feesh fish. The main menu was a fish called ombrina. This was an amazing good taste, never had this before..

I am from Malta and I’ve been living in Noceto for the past four months! I was really missing eating some good seafood and when I found out about this restaurant, I was over the moon! I would highly recommend Stella di Mare to anyone!! From start to finish it was an amazing experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and what to say about the food? EXCELLENT!!! Will surely be back!!

The dinner was really great. We were advised by the owner (very friendly, competent and present in the room) for both food and wine and we were absolutely satisfied. From the 4 mixed appetizers to the main course each course was delicious, original with particular combinations that have enhanced the raw materials. Excellent also the desserts. Reluctantly I can not give top marks because unfortunately the room is really too small and noisy and if I can make a small criticism, the presence of 3 groups of more than 5 people each perhaps is exaggerated by the possibilities of the room inside. I think it's worth rediscovering it in the summer.
