Domino's Pizza - field

Ordered ahead so it could be delivered at lunch hour. They waited until time of delivery and cancelled. No email, no text, a call that rang once and no voicemail left. I called back and waited 10 minutes for a person to pick up and then he told me the cancelled the order. This isn't the first time they've been terrible. Will just stick to any other pizza business I can find.

My order wasn't ready and my pizza was burnt!!! So disappointing!!!

They Always Deliver! (food quality, timeliness, service)

Had an issue with an order, and the staff resolved it admirably. Food was good.

I made a huge mistake today and put 11:15pm on my order of 15+ pizzas for 11:15am...the girl who was working by herself, had no issues and told me to give her 20mins and she would have it ready. I was absolutely floored by her kindness and understanding. She worked her butt off trying to get my order completed all while having other orders coming in at lunch time. (again...all while working by herself) She was so kind, smiled and never hinted that she probably wanted to strangle me. THANK YOU SO MUCH for you hard work today, you made me and about 25 warehouse workers very happy!
