Logan's Roadhouse - field

Ordered my food online and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes on the wait. Showed up 20 minutes later just to sit in the lobby for 50 additional minutes. All I ordered was a salad, kids chicken tender meal and a burger. Then they bring the food out and everything is cold, except for the burger, which apparently takes an hour to make. DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0 Stars.

Colin, our server was on point tonight. Our appetizers we hot and delicious. Steaks were hot and tasty and cooked just fine. All in all a good evening out!

Haven't been to Logan's in a long time, just because of where we live and it being so far away. But we are in town for an event and had to stop. Very delicious and great service may stop in again

Our waiter was good but I cannot recall his name. Food was decent, not great. Atmosphere was okay, calm, but a bit dreary. Table was older and the coating is wearing off so it was sticky.Parking: Rough surface, difficult to see lines.

The only good thing about this Logan's Roadhouse was our Server. The food was horrible. The restaurant was dirty. I ordered a steak cooked medium, a baked potato, and a salad. The rolls were very small and not baked properly AND they tasted like rolls that has been baked a couple of days before and just warmed up a little. My husband had a small steak also. He ordered it to beMedium RARE. He was served green beans and mashed potatoes w/gravy. His steak was not medium rare! It was prepared more like fully cooked. But neither his steak nor my steak could be eaten. They had no flavor and we had trouble even cutting a small piece of it. When I put a small bite of steak in my mouth, I chewed and chewed and the bite kept getting bigger andMy jaw got tired of trying to chew the meat! Very disappointing meal. We will NEVER go there again. Our Server felt so bad for us with our meal being pretty much inedible. She talked to her Manager and we didn't have to pay a dime for either of our meals. She was a top notch server!! Not JUST because of getting us 2 free meals either!I hope she goes to a nicer restaurant, cleaner as well, AND who offers great food! With her service, she would get much bigger tips for sure!!
