Friendly staff, lively eating, good size portion and cheap. beautiful view also about the tay

Three of us had a meal today. the Portuguese food was excellent, which was out of view about the tay was amazing and the bill was very reasonable. the service was a little slow, but the food was good to wait. this is a jewel of an eating place that can be discovered in fife with an enthusiastic and charming owner.
