Shimla Palace - Fife

Had a delivery today. Was over an hour ,food was stone cold and tasteless. Mixed pakora was only chicken an onion bhaji. No pakora sauce!! Will not be using them again We had a conversation with the Restaurant Manager and came to an amicable solution. He was ever so sorry for the poor food and delivery time , We were assured that it will not happen again and are reviewing there process. We were given a gift voucher to give the Restaurant another chance ,which we will go in for a buffet in the very near future. I hope this experience is a 1 off as we regularly use the Shimla for delivery and buffets. Douglas Trotter

Staff are so lovely and attentive! The food is great for the price but the naan breads are very thin and sometimes the food can be a bit dry sitting out so long. We love coming here though, great value for money

After having an amazing buffet 2 weeks ago in the restaurant with friends, we decided to try a takeout. I ordered online and it was ready on time when I collected it. After a 30 minute journey home, the food was still hot and absolutely delicious! Highly recommended and we WILL be back. Thanks Shimla Palace.

I’ve came here so many times now and I have to say it has been out of this world every time, the staff are efficient and polite, the restaurant is clean and food is amazing

We come here for dinner often, always enjoy the food and service is great. You get what you pay for.
