I ordered a Gluten free Ham and Cheese toastie. I was incredibly tasty. It was a brioche bun with ham covered in a thick layer of cheddar cheese served with a little salad. The lady Kirsty) serving, taking orders and bringing out the food and drinks had a lovely smile, made everyone welcome and worked her socks off without getting stressed. In the kitchen was the chef Phil) who never stopped for breath. On the wall of t plays in the Dunhill Gi. He saw
Went into 5 coffee shops in St. Andrews either no room or no gluten free food. I then tried Canny Soul! Lovely people and gluten free bacon roll, what more does one need. Thanks CS, I will be back.
We had a breakfast here. Such an amazing place, with plenty choice of delicious food. We had a muffin with cheese and egg, but also very tasty burger. I know it is not really a standard breakfast choice, but I couldn't resist. On top of that, staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We will be back for sure!
We have stopped here for coffee and something to eat on our last two visits to St Andrews. The staff are lovely very friendly, polite, and helpful. Service is fast. Food is fresh and tasty. Coffee great. I like the jaffa cake which comes with coffee. We like the outside tables, especially the one in front of the window, under the awning so that if there is a sudden rain shower then you are sheltered. Very good value for money compared to a lot of other places in St Andrews.
We’re having coffee at a lively outside table. Good coffe, brought with a smile and accompanied by a ‘wee Jaffa’. I want to come back.
