Charming little restaurant that is dog-friendly. The food was homemade, delicious, and exactly what we needed after our walk from Pathhead Sands. They even provided biscuits for our dogs and had water bowls at the entrance. A fantastic discovery.
Four of us visited the local pub on Friday, August 19th and were warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was great. We also stopped by the cafe on Saturday for a fantastic lunch and returned on Sunday for delicious tea and cake.
Have visited a few times over the years as its on the Fife Coastal path and they welcome muddy boots and paws. It has limited opening times at the moment fri- sun 10- 4) and a small menu but its perfect for a walkers stop. Homemade soup, usually stovies, macaroni cheese, hot and cold filled rolls , sandwiches and toasties abd a small selection of home baking. Lovely hot drinks and I think it byob too if you fancy. The front of house person has been there for ages and us always very friendly, efficient although always rushed off his feet. It's a tiny place that fills up quickly so you may have to wait on busy weekends.
My friend and I were in on Sunday the 20th the home baking is amazing, wonderful friendly staff, I would certainly recommend it wither it be for a snack lunch or dinner the food is beautiful my husband has fish and chips every Friday and can't praise the chef enough
