Feedback gevenTo the management: Please train your employees on how to properly prepare sandwiches. The person with glasses clearly lacks training, and the sandwich he made for me was poorly assembled, wasting my vegetables and making it look squished and unappealing. I was planning to place an order for 30 sandwiches for my office team this week, but I will be choosing to skip this location. The lack of proper management training is evident!
The staff here are fantastic. The restaurant was spotless, and the sandwiches were the best subway sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. What really stood out was how friendly and respectful everyone was. It wasn't just good service; it was truly one of the highlights of my week— that’s how wonderful the people here are. I would go out of my way just to enjoy some good vibes along with my sub. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!
Seriously, over $11 for THIS?! I ordered a footlong turned into a wrap, but they only gave me two slices of cheese and meat that’s about equivalent to a 6-inch sub. How can you charge people for something they're not actually getting? I recommend steering clear of this location.
I've heard some people grumble about how crowded this Subway gets during lunch hours, but that really says a lot. With so many dining options in the area, it's clear that people prefer to come here. The staff are consistently friendly and patient, even during the busiest times. On the rare occasion that there was a mistake with one of our orders, the manager even offered to deliver it to us. To be fair, we live just a couple of blocks away, but it shows how committed they are to customer service. The restaurant is always clean, and the lunchtime crowd speaks volumes about the quality of food they serve.
The service here is incredibly friendly and efficient. Even though they had run out of a particular type of bread after the lunch rush, their apology was so sincere that I didn't mind at all. In this pandemic, filled with uncertainty and fear, it’s comforting to enter a restaurant that has clearly been busy, yet the staff still takes the time to greet customers warmly and show genuine care in their service. It's evident they truly value my business. Thank you so much!
